All requests for information are made for the common good of the consumer and that the potential benefits far outweigh any potentially injurious effects. Furthermore, I agree to hold Search-Net and it’s principles harmless for all requests made for information, And that such requests are made pursuant to The Fair Credit Reporting Act Section 604, [15 U.S.C. § 1681b] the Privacy Act. Title 28 and the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act of 2003. Search-Net Management complies fully with the restrictions on gathering of financial information as set forth in the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. In order to stay in compliance with Federal Privacy Laws, we cannot guarantee balance or account number information on any asset search.
